DAY 1 - Saturday, 18 OCT 2008 — The first step was to sanitize everything that could potentially touch cider with Iodophore. I mixed it up in the carboy putting about 2 capfuls in with 5+ gallons of warm water. I let it sit for about 20 minutes.
